Players Club Rules

  1. The rules for maintaining membership within the Players Club shall be as follows:
    • Applicants must be 21 years of age or older
    • Proper picture ID must be presented at the time of enrollment and to receive any type of promotional awards
    • It is the player’s responsibility to ensure that their membership card has been properly inserted and accepted into gaming device
    • Membership is limited to individual accounts, not to be shared, linked or transferred
    • The club membership and its privileges are non-transferable
      • To include deceased members, as their account assets are non-transferrable
    • Membership cards must be returned upon request
    • Inactive players may have their accounts archived without prior notice or consent
    • Accounts, rewards and accrued points expire after 18 months of inactivity
    • Casino is not responsible for lost, stolen or expired rewards or prize vouchers
    • Member’s use of Rewards Club card indicates acceptance of all applicable rules, terms and conditions of Star Rewards Club
    • Players found to be fraudulently accruing points may have their account balance adjusted, suspended or terminated without prior notice by Management
    • Management reserves the rights to change, alter, amend or withdraw any part of the Players Club program, in whole or in part, including, but not limited to the following: rules for membership, point and reward accrual, point and reward redemption and promotions. Such actions may be taken at any time and without prior notice
    • Players must be in good standing. Excluded players forfeit all rewards and membership benefits
  2. All disputes and subsequent decisions by Management, Director of Marketing and/or General Manager are final and binding
